Located in the old quarter, north of Hoan Kiem Lake. Luong ngoc Quyen Street,
you turn to Dao Duy Tu Street, keep going straight until No. 50 then you will see Dao Duy Tu Lane, No.9 , which is our hotel. Another way to go is via
Ta Hien street. Look for No. 2 Ta Hien you will see Dao Duy Tu Lane also. We will be happy to arrange pick-up from any of the stations around town.
If you are planning on getting your own transportation to our hotel, please be careful of the following scam.
In Hanoi be careful with some motorbikes, taxi, and van drivers and even Airport Taxi/Van.. They sometimes play a little game with the tourists: They ask you where your hotel is. But they will take you to another hotel and have someone standing on the hotel step with the (fake) same card as our hotel and then they say we are full, and then they take you to a different hotel and they receive a commission from that other hotel for bringing them a guest. So please be careful. If you have any problems or questions, please contact us, and we can pick you up for free anywhere in Hanoi.

a) per preavvisi di 72 ore o più non si prevede alcuna penale. Tuttavia, ci può essere una politica più restrittiva. Contatta direttamente la struttura per verificare. In nessun caso, il deposito versato online è rimborsabile.
b) per preavvisi di 72 ore o meno o in caso di mancato arrivo alla struttura (no-show): se non altrimenti specificato, verrà addebitato l'importo pari alla prima notte a persona. In nessun caso potrà essere restituito il deposito.
Sia la struttura che i clienti riceveranno una notifica delle condizioni di cancellazione applicate via e-mail.
