The Hotel is just 5 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and Water Puppet Shows, in the front of many Vietnamese and Western Restaurants, besides the ANZ Bank and shopping streets.
The 20 Deluxe rooms are available with 24hrs hot water, private bathroom with modern bath tub) and come with fan and air-conditioner, fridge, satellite TV, telephone access, WI-FI internet access in room and lobby.
Our Hotel has a travel agency that can arrange guided or independent tours around Hanoi and into the north of Vietnam, Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa, and transport to anywhere in the south. We can also arrange visas to Laos, Cambodia, and can extend your Vietnamese visa, if you require. We book trains/air tickets, buses to Laos and a multi-stop open bus from Ha Noi to Hue / Hoi An / Nha Trang/ Da Lat or Mui Ne / Sai Gon, plus Russian Jeep, motorbike, and bicycle rental.
You will be provided with an enormous breakfast to start the new day. After visiting the 36 Old Quarter Streets, you may feel tired. We will provide a cup of tea, coffee or juice. We also offer a free a room for guests who are waiting for their next trip/tour in Vietnam, but need a place to freshen up and/or store luggage. This is also the ideal place where you can meet and share your traveling experiences with others or just relax alone to reflect on your journeys.

a) per preavvisi di 72 ore o più non si prevede alcuna penale. Tuttavia, ci può essere una politica più restrittiva. Contatta direttamente la struttura per verificare. In nessun caso, il deposito versato online è rimborsabile.
b) per preavvisi di 72 ore o meno o in caso di mancato arrivo alla struttura (no-show): se non altrimenti specificato, verrà addebitato l'importo pari alla prima notte a persona. In nessun caso potrà essere restituito il deposito.
Sia la struttura che i clienti riceveranno una notifica delle condizioni di cancellazione applicate via e-mail.
