"Le Rondini" is a residential mansion located in a
beautiful palace built at the end of the nineteenth century, and situated in the very heart of Florence. It' s a small and confortable residence composed of five rooms are en-suite, perfectly furnished and with their own, bathroom, tv, air conditioned, free Wi-fi connection and use fridge. The atmosphere is homely and relaxed, which makes it the perfect place to stop and wind down from the busy pace of the city center.

If you arrive in Florence by train you can reach the Residenza on foot within less than ten minutes taking Via Nazionale (by taxi if you have an heavy luggage); from the airport take the terminal bus to the S. Maria Novella railway station and walk to "le Rondini"; in case you prefer the car, please remember that the centre of Florence is closed except whenn you will drop down your luggage to our Residence (please notify your plate to the Management).

REGOLAMENTO per la CANCELLAZIONE
Per cancellare una prenotazione, ti preghiamo di osservare che:
a) per preavvisi di 72 ore o più non si prevede alcuna penale. Tuttavia, ci può essere una politica più restrittiva. Contatta direttamente la struttura per verificare. In nessun caso, il deposito versato online è rimborsabile.
b) per preavvisi di 72 ore o meno o in caso di mancato arrivo alla struttura (no-show): se non altrimenti specificato, verrà addebitato l'importo pari alla prima notte a persona. In nessun caso potrà essere restituito il deposito.
Sia la struttura che i clienti riceveranno una notifica delle condizioni di cancellazione applicate via e-mail.
