Descrizione
La nostra pensione è situata vicino al mare e a Las Ramblas, un luogo di soggiorno intimo, grazioso e affascinante. La struttura è ospitata all'interno di un palazzo residenziale risalente al 1850 nel centro della città. Tutte le stanze hanno un PC con l'accesso a internet.
Gli interni conservano il fascino e l'atmosfera dei primi anni del secolo ma sono stati completamente arredati per offrire il massimo del confort. Tutti con bagno privato.
Ogni stanza /appartamento è di circa 23 metri quadrati e offre TV, PC con internet 24ore/24, frigo, microonder e piatti.La stanza /appartmento per 4 persone ha una intera cucina a disposizione.
Nota: 5% verrà addebitato per saldo con carta di credito.

If arriving at Barcelona's airport (El Prat):
Barcelona's airport is out of the city, but you can reach down town in 25min-35min. You can travel by taxi (around €24 -30) or by the aero-bus (€3.75).
The aero-bus is the blue one that departs every 15 mins from the front doors of all the terminals of the airport. You can't miss it.
The easiest way to arrive is of course by taxi, but if you come by aero-bus you'll have to get off at Plaza Cataluña (last stop) and you'll be at the start of Las Ramblas.You can either take the metro line 3 green to stop DRASSANES or You just have to walk (12min) down towards the sea and at the last street before the sea front turn to your left. There you'll find our street (on the corner of Las Ramblas and our street there´s a bar called La Cava Universal. Then Take our street (Jose Anselmo Clave) and just look out for number 4, one block away from Las Ramblas. The building has a little supermarket called Bonacompra (blue & yellow) and a drugstore (farmacia) downstairs.
If arriving to Girona's airport:
When you arrive at the airport, ask for Ryanair's bus to Barcelona. They have a bus departing after each arrival flight. You can buy the tickets (one way or both ways) in the airport and the bus will be waiting outside. The bus takes about 1h 15min to get to Barcelona and it stops at Estacio Nord (bus station). From there you can take a taxi or
Metro as follows:
Take line L1 of underground at the ARC DE TRIOMF station and after 2 stops you must get off at Catalunya. Change to line L3 of underground at Catalunya and after2 stops you must get off at Drassanes (La Rambla).
Metro stop Drassanes (L3 green) there you'll be at the start of Las Ramblas, and you just have to walk down towards the sea. At the last street before the sea front, you turn to your left. In the corner, where you have to turn left, there's a bar called La Cava Universal. There you'll find our street (Street name: Josep Anselm Clave or Jose Anselmo Clave). Just look out for number 4 on your right side with Las Ramblas at
your back, one block away from Las Ramblas.
Please remember that we are located in a residential building and downstairs you'll see a little yellow cartel with our logo next to the door phone.

REGOLAMENTO per la CANCELLAZIONE
You may cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to arrival date. If later, we charge two nights fee. Payment upon arrival. All credit cards payments have a 5% fee.
Once you are in Barcelona Airport please call us the number provided at the moment of the reservation in order to meet in the apartments. Payment required on arrival. Check in or dropping lugagge before 12h or after 20h have an 18€ fee.
