If you are planning a short stay in Barcelona, we are sure you will be searching for a non expensive, quiet and comfortable space to rest.
You will be at our home, sharing with us and we will take care of you. You will be 20 meters from the subway station. We offer you two cosy rooms with a shared new bathroom to comfortably rest after every vacations day in our busy and gorgeous city. Of course, the breakfast is included.
Services:
Continental breakfast included in price: coffee, milk, toasts, croissants, marmalade, butter, sugar, bottled water, fruit juices.
Sheets and towels are changed every 4 days.
Please, call us to inform of any delay or change in your arrival time.
Check in is at 15:00. If before, we can keep your luggage without any charge. If later than 21:00, there is an extra charge of 10 euros.
You can use the washing machine and dryer for a little fee.
No cleaning fee is applied (included)

From the Airport you have to arrive to Sants Estació train station, then you can easily go walking to the building, just 300 meters.
If you come by Subway, just stop at Sants Estació stop, either blue or green line and go through Numancia exit.
Our place is so well situated that you will be able to move very quickly to the main landscapes of Barcelona. Examples of distances are the following:
Train station from the airport, 5 min walking
Subway station, 20 meters (yes!! so close)
Train station, 5 min walking
Plaza España, 4 min by Subway
Montjuic Mountain, 4 min by Subway
Port Vell (Old Harbor), 9 min by Subway
Plaza Catalunya (City Centre), 14 min by Subway

REGOLAMENTO per la CANCELLAZIONE
Per cancellare una prenotazione, ti preghiamo di osservare che:
a) per preavvisi di 72 ore o più non si prevede alcuna penale. Tuttavia, ci può essere una politica più restrittiva. Contatta direttamente la struttura per verificare. In nessun caso, il deposito versato online è rimborsabile.
b) per preavvisi di 72 ore o meno o in caso di mancato arrivo alla struttura (no-show): se non altrimenti specificato, verrà addebitato l'importo pari alla prima notte a persona. In nessun caso potrà essere restituito il deposito.
Sia la struttura che i clienti riceveranno una notifica delle condizioni di cancellazione applicate via e-mail.
