La Casa Fitz Roy, XIX century colonial house, has been recently renovated, situated in Palermo Hollywood (old Palermo), a very nice area located in heart of the city. Part of argentinian history was at the front door, and is portrayted at LA PATAGONIA REBELDE movie.
Palermo is a traditional Buenos Aires neighbourhood with wide tree lined streets and old houses.This area is called "Palermo Hollywood" because it is where most of the TV studios and movie producers, designers galleries, have their offices.
You will find a wide variety of restaurants,art shops, bars, and boutique Design shops, and night clubs.The House has 12 rooms (singles, doubles, and up to 4/6/8 person rooms with shared bathroms), Family friendly: rooms with interconnecting doors.The common areas include a living room with confortable sofas, a fireplace area, a covered patio and a sun patio(outdoors).
